SELLER SPOTLIGHT
Ruth S.
Connecticut

Teaching elementary and middle school over the years has strengthened my belief that subjects should be integrated, when possible. In order to give my students a better historical understanding of World War II prior to reading Number the Stars, I provided them with an article and maps of Europe, along with sets of questions. My 71-page packet of differentiated activities covers all essential ELA strategies. Students have the opportunity to choose multilevel activities that promote critical and creative thinking as they work on my Novel Response Task Cards. There are 120 activities, on 24 cards, that can be used year-to-year with any book or story.
