From the time I was a young girl, education was paramount in my life. My parents provided us with the best education possible, and supplemented it at home. We had a chalkboard that my dad would use for his "lessons," and we read voraciously as a family. My philosophy about education greatly stems from this desire to learn that existed all around me. It is simply this: learn (and teach) the fundamentals for mastery, and then learn everything you can about every thing you can. You might be surprised at your interests. And above all, never stop learning.
