Like most teachers, my students have a variety of ability levels. Many of my students are not yet reading on grade level. I create products that are designed to help them work on important skills while reading texts that they enjoy. I love the rich conversations that my reading passages can create in class. Sometimes students that struggle with reading are given boring and repetitive tasks in hopes of improving their skills. I like to create products that allow students to focus on important skills like using context clues and making inferences in a fun format.
