I love creating secondary ELA lessons and activities that engage and challenge students! In my project-based classroom, my goal is to answer the question that many students have: "Why is this important in real life?" To do this, my lessons contain two important cornerstones: student voice and choice. Both are important for students to learn to be confident in presenting, reading, and writing — all important transferable skills from the classroom to real life. We also have 1:1 tech, which makes it easy to integrate Google tools and other EduTech that helps us achieve creatively in the 21st century!
