Introducing Teach for Justice
Introducing Teach for Justice
TpT is committed to creating change and supporting essential conversations with teachers and students around topics of race and social justice. To do this, we are rolling out our Teach for Justice program, which will expand anti-racist resources, educate for social justice (our first free PD session is June 19th!), and amplify muted voices.

As a school counselor, my philosophy is to be of service to children, families, and teachers as an advocate for the child. Whether it be academic, social, emotional, or personal success that a child needs my assistance with, it is my duty to equip them with the necessary skills to work toward that success. I always begin creating a resource by spending time alone reflecting on what will be meaningful, useful, and easy to deliver and use (school counselors have such limited time with our students!) I want the burden of prepping a resource to be the last thing my buyers have to think about. I want the time spent with children to be less focused on how to organize and implement the resource, and more focused on the successful delivery of that resource.
