I come from a family of educators and as much as I tried to run away from teaching, I was dragged back by the love for educating others. Being in different roles has shaped my philosophy. I believe that students’ success is the center of everything we do. I am a firm believer in the word “empower,” and relationships are the key to everything. I believe I am tasked to be a guide that educates, enables, and empowers instructional coaches and teachers by providing a helping hand, and that’s why Simply Coaching and Teaching was born.
